The recently launched MNKafé Mobile App was intended to create an immersive experience for their guests. With the highlight being the award of credits and use of stamps as a way to reward loyal clients and promote their most popular products, the app also includes the entire menu, information about the café, their hours of business throughout the year, as well as a constantly changing gallery showcasing their products & services.
To add further value and exclusivity, app-only offers as well as geo-notification alerts have been activated. Very soon, the app will allow their guests to order right from their mobile phone and send their order straight to their printers. With hosts verifying the order, it will further streamline and enhance their commitment to embrace technology combined with effectiveness and transparency.
Feedback triggers on the app will provide their customers a platform to either share critical feedback in order to improve their products and services, or give an option to leave a review about their experiences at the café.
The app is currently available on Google Play and will be added to the Apple App Store platform in due course
